RETURN POLICY

We customize everything at the time you place your order and we know mistakes can happen.  We strive to ensure 100% accuracy in your order.  Please review your personalization information before submitting your order.  Check spelling, dates and names carefully.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged and are nonrefundable.

If your order has an error made by Randesign, we will fully replace item and ship to you at no cost.

Any customer error, we will replace at a minimal cost to you.  You must contact us by e-mail, fax or letter explaining the defect.  We will notify you at that time as to the cost of replacement.
